Using Twoglow

You need to be 18 or older and give us a working email address. One account belongs to one person; two accounts are linked into a couple by an invite link. Don't use Twoglow to harass, coerce or monitor another person — it's built on both partners choosing to be there.

Who you're contracting with

Twoglow is a service operated by Ali Ayan, a sole trader trading as "Twoglow" ("we", "us"). When you buy a plan or use the app, your contract is with Ali Ayan. By creating an account or continuing to use the app, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age to enter a contract in your country.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Our software stays ours

We own Twoglow, its software, design and branding. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app on your plan. You may not resell it, reverse engineer it, or work around its technical limits. What you write stays yours; we only process it to run the service.

We do our best to keep Twoglow available, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Trial and billing

Every couple starts with a 5-day full-access trial. No card is needed to start it, and nothing is charged when it ends. After that you can keep checking in for free; weekly summaries beyond your first two need a plan.

Plans are $11.99 per month or $89.99 per year, at the current launch pricing. One plan covers both partners. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Payment, billing, tax, invoicing and cancellation are handled by Paddle. Their Buyer Terms apply to your purchase alongside these terms.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Twoglow isn't right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle — request one at paddle.net or by contacting us and we'll arrange it.

What Twoglow isn't

It isn't therapy, counselling, medical advice or an emergency service. Weekly summaries are generated by an AI model and can be wrong or clumsy. Use your own judgement, and speak to a professional if you need care.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to break it. If we ever shut Twoglow down, we'll give you notice and a way to export what you wrote.

Liability

Twoglow is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
